I will not be held responsible for videos that are lost or broken in the post. All my videos are packed securely in Padded jiffy bags, and should under normal circumstances, get to you as I sent it to you.

In the unlikely event that a video is defective, I will exchange or refund once the video has been sent back. No refunds unless the defective item is returned. Return postage will not be refunded.

 I will refund or exchange up to 2 weeks after posting and no further.
