Refund Policy

This page describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our refund policy also gift certificate refunds. Our refunds policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

How Refunds Are Issued

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option.

We refund to your credit card or issue as an Gift Card balance, depending on the refund type you selected. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days. Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly once the item has been returned. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your payment card statement.

SealVideo may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to return your item for a refund, you will be notified in the Online Returns Centre For more information, go to FAQ.

Gift Returns: The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned. For more information about gift refunds, go to Return a Gift.

Late Refunds
You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order summary page.

If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Will I be refunded any return postage costs?

We'll refund your return costs on items sold and/or fulfilled by SealVideo if:

    you received an incorrect item, or
    you received a damaged item.
