Depending on the value of the goods delivered or if you request then your item may be sent via recorded or special delivery or by courier.

Please remember to add postal time (3-5 working days) to obtain a complete estimate of delivery to your door.

For deliveries outside the UK remember to add postage time (15 working days) to obtain a complete estimate of when you can expect your item to be delivered.

We do allow up to 10 days for delivery inside the UK to account for any postage delays that we are not aware of.

For deliveries outside the UK we allow up to 21 days for delivery to account for any postal delays that we may not be aware of.

If your order has failed to arrive after this we will investigate further and arrange a replacement.

It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

where do you get all the rare titles from:

We source rare films from all over the world. DVD's are supplied to us in region 0 or region 2 dvd format, the more rare videos VHS are from personal collections or direct from collectors. All the videos will be PAL (Europe / Australasia) format. Most video systems are capable of playing both but we would advise you check your system first.
 

Video conversion:

We convert footage you own personally such as your wedding day and family memories. We transfer using only the highest quality equipment and materials. The average transfer time is about 2 weeks. We strongly advise you send valuable items by registered post or a courier service. We will keep a backup copy for a period of one month from the job completion date as a safeguard against lost or damaged items. We would suggest you contact us within one month if you require further copies.
 

Film copyrights:

All the films in our catalogue are supplied as original Videos or region 2/ region 0 dvds. There are a few films we can supply on DVD-r format where we have obtained permission from the existing copyright holder. We are currently updating our catalogue to comply with FACT and BBFC regulations. In all cases where you see a title for sale unavailable elsewhere it is either in the public domain (where copyright ownership no longer applies) or we have been granted permission by a principal copyright holder. Back up your Video on to DVD:

It is not legal to create a DVD back up, must be from the original video, owned by you and for your personal use only, the DVD and video must remain together at all times, you cant sell the video without the DVD back up or vice versa. You, have the rights to back up your original video to DVD, but the DVD has to remain for your own personal use only. not for re-sale. Most of the films on this site are in the public domain (where copyright ownership no longer applies), where this is the case I offer you to purchase the DVD on its own, if it is a back up you will need to buy the original video also.

How do I return an item?
In order to make a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return.

We will then reply with a unique returns authorisation number and the address you need to return the item to.

* Please package up securely and include the details of your order number, authorisation number, and whether a replacement or refund is required.
* Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.
* Please obtain proof of postage from the post office when you sent the item back. Proof of postage does not cost anything however this covers you for the item on its return back to us.
* We cannot exchange for an alternative item, we can only do a straight swap.
* If you have ordered the item incorrectly we can arrange a refund when the item has arrived back with us.

Replacements

ARE THESE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY?

We will replace any faulty items with the same title or if the item is no longer available, we will make a refund back to the original credit/debit/Paypal used in making the purchase. Replacements for returned items will only be issued when the original item has arrived back with us. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds

We will refund your credit/debit/Paypal in full once we have received the item back (please allow up to 28 days from the date the item arrived back with us for the refund to be processed)

Testing

All items returned because of a fault will be tested by our independent test centre. If the item is found not to be faulty we will return it to you and you will be liable for any postage charges. We would advise that you check the item thoroughly along with any accompanying instructions before returning the item. If the item is a DVD, please test the disc on another make or model of DVD player.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us with the details; and we will promptly rectify the situation.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
